Bergview log cabin is built on the foot of Hlongoma Mountain, Underberg. Hlongoma Mountain offers a great “hike” to the top where the view is spectacular. During the summer months a cascading waterfall can be seen and heard from the garden. This cosy cabin is the perfect place to retreat too and has all you need to have a great holiday. The deck upstairs offers spectacular views of Hodgens Peak and the rest of the Southern Drakensberg Mountain range. The living and dining area are open plan to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/ freezer, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery needed. The living area has a long fire place, TV and DVD player. A DSTV decoder is in the house. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and shares a bathrooms offer spectacular views of the mountain range. The doors open up onto a deck which has a rock plunge pool with a safety net attached. All beds have a duvet, blanket and relevant linen. Towels are not provided, please bring your own. Each bedroom is equipped with a heater for those chilly days. Bergview is fully serviced; Clara will come through at 10am each morning to make beds and tidy the kitchen and to ensure you are well taken care of. The garden is a haven for kids of all ages. There is also a jungle gym and sand pit well as a trampoline.
