St Micheals on Sea beach is a popular swimming and surfing beach that you’ll find at the mouth of the Umhlangeni River. It is also constantly patrolled by lifeguards and has shark nets to allow for swimming. Paddle boats take to the waters and enjoy the fresh air that comes from the ocean. It is also a child friendly as it has a swimming pool and a number of small rock pools filled with marine life.
