With Chris Black of Aubergine fame now at the helm, the focus is on honest bistro food prepared with panache. The limited list changes regularly with whats seasonal, and whats cooking in Chris’s head. Specials complete the picture. The slow-roasted lamb ravioli in sage butter is a winner, as are some of the old Aubergine classics. Many of his old customers have simply moved a little further down the hill.
