Bianca Isaac, an award-winning Producer / Director and owner of production company Figjam Entertainment - a black female owned business; focusing on high-end feature films with a strong female presence on screen and behind the scenes; while providing an array of services within the film industry: script development, production services and skills developments. Bianca’s philanthropic attributes extend to her work ethic as she strives not only to succeed in her personal capacity but also to empower other young individuals and women to make their mark in the film industry through various film development programmes: Impucuzeko Skills and Development (2012 Production Master Classes Programme), Business Incubator with KZN Film Commission and the Economic Development Tourism and Environmental Affairs (2019-2020 Supervising Producer and Producer Master Classes); KZN Industry Transformation Initiative (2019-2020 incubate start-up Film businesses in Kwa-Zulu Natal across the film value chain); Independent Black Filmmakers Collective: IBFC Fiction Story Lab (2023 Lab Producer)

Bianca currently serves on the board of the IBFC (Independent Black Film Makers Collective) – a collective to create and protect opportunities for black businesses within the film value chain in South Africa.
