Overview

Andiswa is a graduate of the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (BSocSc: Media & Communications) and Henley Business School (PG Dip). She relocated to Johannesburg in 2009 where she plunged immediately into the world of television and broadcast media. Working as a freelancer on the production formats like MasterChef SA, Class Act and various commercials, she eventually found her feet in the growing world of digital and new media. She has experience in online convergence of content for prime-time TV shows like Big Brother Africa/Nigeria/Mzansi/Angola, Idols SA, Clash of the Choirs and Survivor SA.
She has over 15 years’ experience in the TV and Entertainment industry, 7 of which have been in executive management within a digital content agency. Having started off in pure TV production as a coordinator, she worked her way to production manager and then made the move to digital because of her love for new media platforms. She shares that love through experiential training programmes and workshops for upcoming creatives.
In 2024, she obtained certification as a Facilitator and Assessor from the ETDP SETA (QCTO approved).
